Once registered we will send you a text message with a pin number when your medication is ready for collection. You then enter this pin into our shop front Robot and collect your medication at a time that suits you.

How it works:

1. Sign up through the form below
2. Order your prescription as normal
3. Receive a text when it is ready
4. Enter your unique PIN
5. Collect your medicine conveniently

To be eligible for this service you first have to allow us to pick up your prescription from your GP practice. There are some prescription items, like controlled drugs and fridge items for example, that are not suitable for automated collection. We will let you know following the signup process if any items of yours will be unsuitable.
